Field Delivery Operation Manager

If you are our Field Delivery Operation Manager in Korea, you will have a chance to
- Manages support and service project delivery.
- Develops product support plans on medium complexity product families.
- Sets product service metric goals, monitors product support business performance and identifies
what corrective action is required.
- Collaborates with regions/WW regarding service and support planning, implementation and
performance.
- Performing business analysis identifying improvements.
- Leads the development of project guidelines, contingency plans, objectives, and deliverables
Provides reliable financial forecasts to management.
- Gathers the necessary business knowledge to perform analysis of trends of operational metrics and
generates in-depth root causes analysis in case of performance not meeting the
- targets as this experience is essential to enable independent design of reporting solutions as per
the business strategy and needs.
- Track and investigate abnormal trend, understand business situation, identify opportunities for
process improvement and lead/develop recommendations

- 1~3 years experience in directly related business.
- Typically first level university degree or equivalent work experience.
- Project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams
independently.
- Knowledge of Personal Systems industry as well as Services business and P&L structure.
- Knowledge of the field of Customer Relations.
- Demonstrated verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Intermediate-level knowledge of operating systems software.
- Demonstrated writing/correspondence skills.
- Experience and demonstrated presentation skills.
