Henkel Adhesive Electronics provides advanced and innovative material solutions for electronics assembly and semiconductor packaging industries to stay competitive. What we offer
- Identify customer needs, generate new business and create strategic actions in focal area for growth by identifying market trends and customers developments
- Build strategic relationship and partnership with customers and manage negotiation with customers for contracts and pricing
- Cooperate and communicate with global teams and other countries
- Lead the project team aggressively by good communication skill to succeed the project
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree related with Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related major
- Minimum of Seven (7) years in Semiconductor and material related markets
- Experience in Semiconductor packaging and CCM(Continuous Conduction Mode) related experience is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-driven, has positive attitude towards learning and personal development
- Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English
