- Responsible for improving existing or developing new processes and ensure its implementation
- Conduct annual market salary and benefit survey to identify and analyze market trend and
reflects to internal processes
- Support compensation planning and annual personal budgeting preparation
- Analyze internal data for operational excellence and government reporting
- Maintain C&B related policies and guidelines
- Responsible for improving existing or developing new processes and ensure its implementation
- Manage local payroll and statutory insurance with outsourced vendor
- International Assignment - Local administration of expatriate packages, benefits, and perquisites
- Coordinate income tax filing process
- Maintain HR data including compensation data, salary, grade, incentive, etc.
- Run transactions and perform data updates in the systems and process reports
[Requirements (자격요건)]
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 7 to 10 years of experience as HR professional with focused in C&B and payroll related work
- Good knowledge in compensation elements, job evaluation and payroll is required
- Good understanding of payroll transaction for expatriate, tax, accounting and labor law is a plus
- Competent in using MS office applications especially Excel
- Experience in using the SAP program is a plus
