What we offer
Development and Execution of Key account strategy & business plan
Contribute to global and execute regional Key account strategy & tactics (Short-mid & long-term) aligned with the global Key account strategy
Deliver an ambitious sales plan and project pipeline
Optimize sales mix to higher growth and margins
Support joint innovation roadmap realization with customers
Leverage global approval and roll-out new technologies
Develop sustainable and long term relationships with key accounts
Who we are looking for
Bachelor’s Degree related with in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer, Metal, Mechanic or related study
Minimum of five (5) years in Automotive Components
Minimum of two (2) years of experience of regional Key account manager of in Automotive industry preferred
Minimum of three (3) years of experience of sales or Key account of in Automotive industry
Minimum of three (3) years of experience of Technical customer service of in Automotive industry
Deep knowledge and skill of Automotive Electronics and Lighting
Have a good and wide relationship and networking with major automotive Key accounts
*Good English communication skills
