Unit Process Engineering | - Process define for new product - Process characterization - Documentation related to New Product Development (DFMEA, PFMEA, Control plan, Flow Chart etc..) - Design of Experiment - Process parameter freezing for mass production. - Trouble shooting for quality issue and events - Engineering sample build without error or mistake - All kinds of Activities for New Product Development - New Material Development to achieve low cost solution with high product quality. - Report for Data analysis and corrective action (Sample build report, Qualification report etc..) - Understand and Implementation of World Standard quality System (ISO-series,TS16949 extra) - All activities arouse during New Product Development | < General > 1) More than 5 years of work experience in semiconductor process engineering especially Al heavy wire bonding process and Gold/Cu wire bonding process 2) Major: Bachelor’s degree electricity and electric engineering, Semiconductor engineering, material engineering etc. 3) English : upper Intermediate level preferred < Knowledge > 4) Engineering and Technology: Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology for semiconductor manufacturing process for Power Product. 5) Mechanical: Knowledge of Al Heavy wire bond equipment and material characteristics as well as semiconductor process Skill, Knowledge of basic mechanical/Chemical/Electrical engineering. 6) Others : Basic knowledge of reliability factors for Al/Gold Wire bonding process and material. < Skill > 7) SPC (Statistical Process Control) 8) FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis),Control plan 9) CAD : Basic Level of CAD 10) MiniTap or JMP : have to have Minitap/JMP to perform DOE effectively. |
