**Job Description**
1. Sales growth (market share & market share growth).
2. Meet Quantity, Targeting, targets as set by company, Quality (QTQ)
3. Maintain integrity of customer database and continuously review A, B, C status of target doctors.
4. Implement sales call target, grading and key message deliver for the successful sales force effectiveness.
5. Provide and maintain effective relationship with target doctors.
6. Monitor and inform immediate line manager of competitors` activities in respective area.
7. Personal development on product knowledge and therapies.
8. Recommend business opportunity in respective area for the company to exploit.
9. Co- ordinate with other functions for inter-departmental activities.
10. Ensure all promotional activities and promotional materials are used in accordance with the NP4 code of conduct and guidelines.
Job Requirements
1. 4 years university degee
2. Intermediate in both written and spoken English
3. Around 5 years’ experience sales or marketing experience in Pharmaceuticals industry
