Job Purpose:
  • Responsible for developing and implementing the

  • Software & Service strategy    including general IT

  • environment.

  • Managing the Software & Solution portfolio by product

  • life cycle management.

  • Being the technical focal point to identify Solution &

  • Technology requirements with global team

  • Provide solution-oriented sales resource representing

  • Ricoh and 3rd party solution integration product

  • portfolio and capabilities

  • Define customer’s solution and technical requirements

  • and needs, then propose appropriate solution

Job Duties:
  • Marketing Strategy

    Define a successful marketing strategy for their assigned software & solutions in line with the standards set by the company, and in order to develop and promote solution business.

  • Business plan & budget

    Prepare the annual business plan and necessary budget

  • for their assigned software & solutions, in line with the overall Ricoh Korea business plan & budget and control

  • the balance.

  • Solution marketing plan

    Create a new products marketing plan, including launch objectives, sales quantity and pricing plans for their

  • assigned software & solutions, in line with the overall

  • Ricoh Korea business plan, it is including any

  • promotional plans to reach the business target.

  • Life cycle management of his/her assigned Software & Solutions

    Conduct whole product life cycle management such as

  • launch preparation, studying product positioning,

  • marketing activities of all assigned Software & Solutions providing all subsidiaries and distributors with necessary information.

    Launch and manage appropriate 3rd party solution to

  • cover customer’s requirement which beyond Ricoh

  • solution coverage.

  • Pricing

    Ensure the provision of pricing information of his/her   

  • assigned software & Solutions and relate these to all

  • parties concerned. Negotiate pricing with third party  

  • suppliers.

  • Analyze Market information and customer

  • requirements

    Analyze Market information and customer requirements for the assigned products’ areas in order to monitor

  • positioning as well as decide on new feature

  • requirements within product offering.

  • Support the deal

    Act as RSC and RTPM in solution deals in the direct and

  • indirect channel and  support the deals to be

  • successfully concluded with other roles in Ricoh Korea    and HQ and OpCos in Ricoh Family group.

- 학력 : 대졸이상
- 경력 : 경력4년↑

[우대사항]
- 컴퓨터 관련 학과 전공 우대
- 영어가능자(Toeic 600점 ↑)
또는 일본어가능자(JPT700점↑)
