MedicalScience Liasion (MSL)

[Job Description]

- Medical Science Liaison (MSL)e stablishes Takeda’s medical affairs presence with external stakeholder sthrough scientific exchange and research support. This role is the field-based the rapeutic area (TA) expert responsible for execution of the TA specific medicalplan in the field, predominantly by establishing, developing, and fostering relationships with key external stakeholders. He/she will contribute tothe achievement of business success by putting the patient’s needs and safetyinto primary focus. 

- This position is responsible for executing the medical plan in the field by communicating fair-balanced the rapeutic area, product-related and clinical information to external stakeholders (e.g. key opinion leaders (KOLs), physicians, academic institutions, hospital formulary committees) and responding to unsolicited requests formedical information. Additionally, this position will provide key insights learned from the medical and scientific community to internal stakeholders toguide the medical and brand plans.


Reports toAssociate Medical Affairs Director

- This position will work closely with the Therapeutic Area Lead/Medical Advisor in the TA to lead the in-field execution of the TAL/MA-developed medical plan. 

- This position will also collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute medically-relevant strategies and tactics as well asprovide scientific expertise and training to cross-functional stakeholders asneeded.

- Field-based medical activities for oncology products (itwill be adjusted as product lifecycle management)

- Lead the in-field execution of the Therapeutic Area(TA) Medical Plan by establishing, developing, and fostering relationships withkey external stakeholders

- Support medical strategies for compounds viafield-based support from the medical function that are aligned with overallcorporate goals and objectives

- Maintain a very high level of knowledge and understanding of the latest scientific/medical knowledge in the relevant the rapeutic area by conducting literature searches, analysing clinical papers, attending conferences, courses and other such events

- Provide insights from key external stakeholders tointernal cross-functional stakeholders as needed to guide the Brand and Medical Plan


Education :

[Required] Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy or similar discipline

[Preferred] Advanced scientific degree such as Master’s Degree/Doctoral Degree (e.g. Ph.D.)

[Preferred] Pharmacist or medical post-graduate (e.g.MD)


Experience:

- Over 1-3 years working experience in medical affairsin pharmaceuticals, healthcare industry, or academia

[Required] Minimum 1 year prior MSL experience

[Preferred] Working experiences in oncology areas ornew product launch experience


Language: Korean& English communication skills

Computer Skill:Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,and Outlook

Sales Force Effectiveness Associate

[Job Description]

Purpose of Position/Role

- To drive the development, implementation and improvements of the operational processes to increase sales force efficiency & effectiveness in order to maximize the market share forthe organization within the country


Organizational Relationship

- Reports to Sales Force Effectiveness Manager in Commercial Operations department


Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

- To implement improvement plans to address sales force effectiveness needs (segmentation, targeting andsales force mapping) and to track progress of implementation

- To design incentive planand roll out including management of sales target and incentive payment base onthe performance with CHC sales and marketing

- To compute & compilesales incentives earning based on accurate sales tracking process

- To conduct market analysis based on insight and understanding for OTC market, competition & business model

- To analyze CHC sales byproducts, accounts and partners based on data migration

- To monitor and track basedon sales KPI

- To drive and manage implementation of CRM  roll-out, monitoring, evaluation

Skills, Knowledge,Qualifications and Experience

CHC Brand Manager

[Job Description]

PURPOSE OF POSITON/ROLE

- To build strong brand equity and loyal customer, CHC Brand Manager should develop solid brand strategy and execute effective marketing activity which aligned with CHC vision.  

- Takeda Korea CHC’s strategic ambition is to operate in major OTC health care categories and build further our strong global position. To achieve this,Takeda Korea CHC need to develop appropriate and timely communication to HCP& consumers with the aim of increasing our brand awareness and distributions.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- To develop brand strategies that supports the overall attainment of brand goals, in both pre and post marketing phases

- To develop and prepare tactical deliverables in line with the agreed HCP & consumer strategies for assigned brands, ensuring alignment with local and global programs

- Development of cycle programs for assigned brands to support the Pharmacy sales team

- Development of Educational programs directed at HCP & consumer to help deliver long term business goals forassigned brands

- Development of Public Relations programfor assigned brands

- To contribute to the development of theannual HCP & consumer marketing plan, specifically ensuring that HCP &consumer and key recommender issues and initiatives are identified and resources agreed in the planning process

- Work with Sales Teams to ensure allelements of marketing strategy are achievable and achieved

- To manage the assigned brand marketing budget

- To work with the local advertising and PR agency to develop marketing programs

- To work with global professional relations team feeding into the development of global strategies and initiatives as well as implement locally global activities

Pharmacovigilance Associate

[Job Description]

[Requirement]

- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy or similar discipline

- Certified Pharmacist 

- Working experience is not mandatory

 

[Preferrable]

- Less than 5 yrs of working experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare industry, or academia

- Good knowledge of industry principles and regulations of pharmacovigilance

- Sound knowledge of general medicine or pharmacy and clinical practice

- Good project management skills and effective communication skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Local language

 

[Main responsibilities]

- Handle customer query related to adverse event and manage all serious and non-serious safety reports in a timely manner via receiving, reporting, documentation, query handling and follow up

- Develop local risk management plan and implement additional risk minimization activities locally

- Maintain necessary local PV SOPs and supportive documents to ensure compliance with MFDS requirements and company SOP

- Keep PV agreement with partners/3rd party vendors

- Monitor local literatures in accordance with company SOP

- Conduct PV training for non PV staff, all sites within the territory and external service providers

- Ensures PV audit / inspection readiness at the LOC and participates as appropriate in PV audits and inspection

- Ensure local PV records and files updated
